Create a distribution list from the Contact List

You can use a workspace’s Contact List page to create a distribution list. The steps you follow are mostly identical to those for creating a list from the Distribution List page.

Steps

  1. Ensure that the required workspace is on the Workspace toolbar.
  2. Hover over the workspace to view the Workspace menu and click Contact Management.
    The Contact List page opens.
  3. Select the check box next to each contact you want to include in the new distribution list.
  4. Note: Click show filter button to use the filter options to help you find a particular user or group of users.

  5. Click Create a list.
    The New Distribution List page opens and the contacts you selected are automatically added to the list.
  6. Complete the details:
    1. To create a static distribution list follow the steps in Create a static distribution list.
    2. To create a dynamic distribution list follow the steps in Create a dynamic distribution list.
