About message reports
You can generate reports to provide information about the messages you’ve sent, received and delivered. The data is exported in .CSV file format. To set up your report on the Report Details page you specify the report type and select the workspaces and date range you want to report on. Company administrators can generate reports for messages from all workspaces and users.
The Report Details page gives you the option of either exporting the report immediately or saving your settings for future reuse.
- Clicking Export triggers the report generation immediately and then you can download it. Your report settings aren’t saved.
- Clicking Save saves your report to the list on the Message Reports page. From here you can export (and download) or schedule the report any time you need to without having to re-specify its settings.
Accessing reports
- To set up a new report on the Report Details page, hover over any workspace on the Workspace toolbar and under Reports click New Message Report.
- To access the Message Reports page and manage your saved reports, hover over any workspace on the Workspace toolbar and click Reports.
Important! Whispir strongly recommends that on the Report Details page you generate message reports using its ‘classic’ reports view, rather than its ‘new’ reports view.
