About Company Settings
Role: Company Administrator.
You use the functions under Company Settings (click > Administration sidebar > Company Settings) to enable, disable and configure a wide range of settings that affect the behaviour of Whispir functions. For example, you can modify general company details, and modify settings relating to messaging, the address book, events and so on.

Note: You might not have access to all the settings listed below. What you can access depends on the permissions assigned to your Company Administrator role and how Whispir has been configured for your company.
General

- Rich Messaging: (This setting is disabled by default) Enabling Whispir's communication centre setting allows Home, Response and Comment functionality to be included automatically in rich messages. (Home: Provides a link to Whispir’s Connect home page. Response: Enables a web response. Comment: Starts a thread about the rich message.) The setting is currently applied company-wide, but will eventually be updated to apply at the template level.
